Hiya - I'm Jacquie...

I used to drink almost every night. 

I wasn't an alcoholic, I just loved to have a drink to relax at the end of a long day at work, although one drink would turn into 2 or 3 (or more) most evenings.

And of course - I needed to have a few drinks when I was out with friends. 

I wasn't an alcoholic, I could stop anytime I wanted to. But I didn't want to stop drinking completely...I wanted to be able to enjoy a drink or two whenever I wanted them without going overboard or feeling bad the next morning.

I needed a solution to stop OVERdrinking.

And I found it!

Now - I rarely drink. 

I am able to finish my work day and go to bed without having a glass of wine to relax me.

I am able to have an evening out with friends and enjoy the conversation instead of worrying about whether we need another bottle of wine or if anyone will notice if I have another glass. 

Sure, I have a drink every now and again, usually just a taste of something special is enough for me. I never wake up with a headache or that dry mouth taste of regret and disappointment.
